Privacy Policy
Explains website analytics, basic usage data and local plugin data handling.
1. Local plugin data
Intellij Spring Initializr (the 'plugin') runs locally in IntelliJ IDEA. The plugin does not send your project code, configuration file contents, or access credentials to this website's servers.
2. Website usage data
This website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, browser and device type, visit duration, and referral pages so we can evaluate content and improve the site. Google may process IP addresses, cookies, or other online identifiers; this site does not use those analytics to actively identify you.
3. Google AdSense and cookies
This website uses Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies in your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to show ads, limit repetition, measure performance, and provide personalized advertising where valid consent has been obtained. See How Google uses data from partner sites or apps for details.
4. Your choices
You can delete or block cookies through your browser and manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where applicable law requires consent, the site requests it before using non-essential advertising storage. You can later withdraw or change that choice through the privacy controls made available on the page.
5. Data sharing and external links
Website usage and advertising data may be processed by Google and selected advertising technology providers under their own policies. The site may also link to GitHub, JetBrains, Spring, and other third parties; their privacy policies and terms apply after you leave this site.
6. Contact and changes
Privacy questions can be submitted through the GitHub channel listed on the Contact page. We may update this policy and will show the latest revision date on this page.
